Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan, Dairy Free, 4 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

This recipe is made up of just 4 ingredients: rolled oats, bananas, dark chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Exact measurements below:


1.5 cup rolled oats

2 ripe medium bananas

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Smash the bananas and mix all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Scoop one heaping tablespoon of the dough into your hands to form a cookie. Place cookies on a cookie sheet (use parchment paper) and cook for about 12-15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool. Enjoy!
