Healthy + Delicious Vegan Cheese Sauce

This completely vegan cheese is sure to please! It's super healthy, guilt free and packed with protein and B vitamins!


INGREDIENTS:


1 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)

4 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 small chipotle chili pepper


(If you don't like spice, you can cut this in half and just do 1/2 a pepper. If you like spicy, like I do, add another pepper!)


DIRECTIONS: Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend it up. Add water or plant milk to get the cheese sauce to your desired consistency. Enjoy!
