Delicious, Dairy Free Vegan Ranch (Cashews, Dill, Chives)

If you're looking for an awesome guilt-free Ranch recipe, look no further! This recipe is vegan, cashew based and it's delicious! I hope you enjoy!

This recipe contains cashews, lemon juice, chives, dill, garlic, onion powder, and salt. Exact measurements below:



INGREDIENTS:


2 cups cashews (soaked overnight)

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh chives

1 tbsp onion powder

3 tablespoons dill

3 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of salt



DIRECTIONS:


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend it all together. If it's too thick, add water or some plant milk to get it to the desired consistency. Enjoy!
